It keeps on snowing!

Yesterday, we had another 7.7" which brings the total accumulation of snow for the season to 108.9". The record is 124.2 about 90 years ago. There is a chance that we will hit the record with 2 months of the snow season to go. More snow is arriving tonight (4"-8") with more on Friday (about 5"). Ho, ho, ho...please give us a break snow. The above picture is the last section of road leading to our house!

If you're snowed in then go and play in the snow!

The Cat goes off the road the side of the mtn and needs to be pulled out! He did it again on our driveway which is really steep, but opted to go down the hill to the road taking out a tree or 2. It was amazing! Thank goodness he plowed us out. We were snowed in for 3 days which was fine until we lost power. No power = no water. We have emergency water and we may be able to gather up a little snow to melt, but hot showers and flushing toilets are nice. My tush gets kind of cold peeing outside in the snow!

Our leaning tree.
I check on it everyday &
make sure it's still there.

Playing in the snow!

I'm using Mommy's no-board here, but Papa brought me one of my own (a skateboard deck that Daddy is going to rig up some sort of bindings). I got on my no-board when Mommy and Daddy were talking and said,"Help, help" because I wanted to go. Just as Mommy and Daddy looked at me I moved about 2 inches and I didn't fall down! Mommy and Daddy were very proud!

Daddy....He's so silly.
He made himself a jump right outside the front door!

Go Daddy! Now could you stop playing and pull me on the sled?

Thanks Daddy!
Now it's your turn!

Da, Da, Dats a Frosty!

We made a Frosty, but my silly dog knocked his head down and ate his carrot nose. The snow turned to rain and Daddy had to put Frosty's head back on a few times. Finally, the rain finished Ol' Frosty off later that night.

Whidbey Island Christmas

We went to Whidbey Island in January for a belated Christmas. I had a lot of fun with my grandparents. My favorite part...talking to Whidbey (Pops and TeeNona's bird). My 2nd favorite part...playing with Abastion (Sebastion...Pops & Nona's Biiiiig Kitty)

Papa came for a visit!

Papa came to visit me (and ski too!). We went on walks and
my favorite part was when he read to me.

Santa Cruise

I'll believe it when I see the real Santa. For now...I'm not buying it!

Santa lives just across the lake! We took a boat over to his house with Mommy, Daddy, Ya-Ya, my friend Neefie and his Mommy, Daddy, sister & Grandparents. We also saw a big huge light show!

Are you sure? I'm still not 100% on this idea of Santa living here!

Christmas

We had our 1st Christmas in our new home! Daddy cut down a tree we had scouted this summer. It was a little bigger than we thought, but a beautiful tree.

Who's that Reindeer?

Jam Session
with Daddy & Mommy (she's on the tambourine taking a picture).

Ya-Ya came to visit for a month and celebrate with us. The only bummer was that I ended up with the flu on Christmas Day. Luckily, Turtle had it a couple days before so she was able to enjoy the day.
